Hearthli Coming soon

Your workspace, built for collaboration.

A macOS-native virtual workspace built for collaboration and privacy. Crafted by a remote team, for remote teams.

Presence, not meetings.

Join a room with native, individual video feeds you can drag anywhere or auto-arrange — beside your editor, above your browser, off in a corner. Keep working, keep talking. No links, no calendar, no grid of faces taking over the screen.

We're building Hearthli with performance and privacy as first-class citizens, written in Swift, direct GPU decoding, video stays sharp, on top, and light enough to run all day.

Private by design

Calls are end-to-end encrypted — we relay frames we can't read. Presence is positive-only: who's around, never who's away.

AI that doesn't phone home

Transcription, meeting minutes, and summaries run on-device, on Apple silicon with Apple Intelligence.

Crafted for collaboration

Video feeds stay on top and out of your way. Share and annotate screens, save notes, meeting minutes, and whiteboards to a room. Send async memos to teammates, or take a break and play a co-op game together.

Frequently asked questions.

Why is Hearthli macOS-only?

The experience leans on things a native app does well: real always-on-top windows, GPU video, and the lightness to stay open all day. Teammates on other platforms can join from the browser, and a native Windows app is on the roadmap, as well as iOS and Android companion apps.

What privacy features are there?

Nothing streams when you're alone, streaming starts only when two or more people choose to share a room, and the app never turns on your camera or mic by itself. Video and audio streams are end-to-end encrypted, and presence is positive-only. AI features are powered by Apple Intelligence, local on your machine.

Is it good for pair programming?

It was shaped by it. Your pair sits in a small window beside your editor instead of a full-screen call — share a screen, draw on it together, and open a shared whiteboard when you need to think on paper.

What does it cost?

Free for teams of up to three to experience the whole product, not a trial. Hearthli Team is $14 per user per month and adds as many seats as you need, plus unlimited guests.

When can I use it?

We're in private beta, using Hearthli to build Hearthli. Waitlist members get the first invites as we open up.
